VIP guests will receive additional details regarding where and when to arrive within 24 hours prior to the show via the email address provided during checkout. Photos will be emailed to guests within 48 hours following the VIP experience. The purchase of one VIP package admits one guest to participate in the VIP experience.

Louise cares deeply about the health of each and every guest as well as her band, crew, and venue staff. Due to the ongoing Covid situation, all VIP attendees will be asked to provide proof of a negative Covid test time stamped within 24 hours prior to soundcheck. Guests who are feeling sick are encouraged to stay home and rest and the cost of the VIP package will be refunded. Louise is grateful to every VIP guest for their support, love, and excitement during this new era of music and aims to ensure that everyone can enjoy each other’s company safely and in good health.

PLEASE NOTE: A VIP PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE A TICKET TO THE SHOW. TICKETS TO EACH SHOW ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. VIP PACKAGES MUST BE PURCHASED FOR THE TOUR DATE YOU WISH TO ATTEND. PACKAGES PURCHASED FOR ONE TOUR DATE WILL NOT BE HONORED THE DAY OF ANOTHER.
